BONNIE AND CLYDE

“All I need in this life of sin is me and my girlfriend- down to ride till the very end is me and my
boyfriend” – Jay-Z and Beyonce.

I’m terrible at knowing cool outlaws and the only thing I really knew about Bonnie and Clyde was from the duet that was made about them. I do apologize for how awful of a person I am and understand if you never want to read any of my articles ever again… but mayhaps you will give me a chance when I say that I LOVED Bonnie and Clyde. Warren Betty and Faye Dunnaway stole my heart in the 1967 classic. Their instantaneous chemistry was held throughout the entire film and made my heart yearn for great acting from today’s actors and actresses. If Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had a millifraction of the acting abilities these two were able to show onscreen, they might have made the Twilight series watchable [keyword: MIGHT; that plot line is almost to 100% insufferable]. The action in this movie is pretty impressive for the time period they were working in; elaborate car chases, multiple gun showdowns, and sassy sexuality are all key roles that make Bonnie and Clyde rewatchable to this day. In particular, the humor is still appreciable. Keep an eye out for an oddly attractive Gene Wilder! He’s practically swoon worthy!-MV
