On this week’s episode of The Superhero Show Show, The Taste Buds reveal the top ten shows of the last year!
The countdown, and therefore Shushie season, comes to an end when the Taste Buds reveal the top ten shows of the year. We have some idea of who’s on the list because they weren’t mentioned last week, but it’s time to find out the order they’re in. Will anything be able to tackle Stargirl, a show the Taste Buds were instant fans of? What about other pod fave Legends of Tomorrow? Also, don’t forget that it was the final season of Arrow and Agents of SHIELD so that probably propelled them up the charts. Meanwhile, the Friends turn back the clock to review 1997’s Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation! Cassie seems to remember this fondly, probably because she’s a girl and the new ninja turtle is a girl, but Mike and Ryan are less impressed, most likely due to sexism. Listen to what they put themselves through watching not only episodes of the Turtles but an episode of Power Rangers in Space that crossed over with the show. All of that, plus reviews of this week’s The Boys and the mid-season finale of Lucifer!
