Now that the Eyes Wide Shut parades are over, and a nation rests its tired eyes after watching it over and over again since it won the trophy of Most 1999 Movie of 1999, it’s time to turn towards a new year, one with different numbers in its title and different movies in its heart. Although our research did explain to us that Eyes Wide Shut did not also come out in 1999, it’s important to note that many other movies did, and one of those movies will win the 2004 tournament and be dubbed the Most 2004 Movie of 2004. And if you thought 1999 had some heavy hitters, 2004 has far less. But there are still some good ones. Listed below are the Sweet 16, and throughout the course of tonight’s podcast we’re taking them down to an Elite 8.
